LIFT monthly annual-subscriber cash draw — review draft

Draft dated 26 October 2026. NOT OPEN. NOT APPROVED. No subscription purchased while disabled creates an entry. Do not advertise this draft as an approved offer. All bracketed facts and the legal structure require approval before launch.

Organiser

Proposed organiser: Wilson Symonds, operator of LIFT in Australia, contact wilsonsymonds111@gmail.com, as named in existing LIFT policies. [OWNER/LAWYER: confirm contracting legal entity, ABN/registration, service address, developer sponsorship and authority to conduct the promotion. Do not assume incorporation.]

Ages and locations

Proposed minimum age: 18 at entry, subject to local law and lawyer approval. Eligible ordinary residents physically in [APPROVED COUNTRY AND STATE/TERRITORY LIST] only. The approved list is currently empty. No worldwide eligibility. Exclude organiser, people administering the draw, benefiting-business management, and their immediate households [LAWYER: confirm precise statutory exclusions]. A phone locale, IP address, Apple storefront or purchase alone does not prove age or residence. Reasonable, proportionate checks are needed before entry and payment.

Entry period and timezone

Each proposed promotion is a separate calendar month, opening at 00:00:00 UTC on the first day and closing immediately before 00:00:00 UTC on the first day of the next month. [APPROVAL: first month, exact opening/closing instants, local-time translations, draw instant and location, verification cut-off and permit schedule.] UTC has no daylight-saving adjustment. Apple verified payment time, not callback arrival or device time, determines the month. No entries before activation or after close. Delayed verified records must be reconciled before the entry list is sealed.

Qualifying payments and entries

PROPOSED STRUCTURE, NOT LEGALLY CLEARED: one entry for a person's first eligible, successfully paid annual LIFT subscription signup in the entry period at the ordinary subscription price, with no extra charge or price increase for entry. An annual subscription buys app access. It is not a ticket sold for a cash draw. That description alone does not establish legality: counsel and Apple must assess whether the paid signup is consideration, gambling or a permitted trade promotion.

Only a genuine production Apple transaction for the approved one-year product and bundle qualifies. The current Dev product ends in six_month but has a one-year period; sandbox/TestFlight transactions do not count as paid revenue. [APPROVE: production bundle/product, live prices/storefronts and server verification service.] No weekly plans, free access, trial-only periods without a paid annual transaction, restores, family-shared access, renewals, duplicate events, repeat/rejoined annual subscriptions or referral bonuses. A first paid annual conversion after a trial is proposed to qualify only when the first actual annual payment occurs and all other new-subscriber checks pass.

The proposed limit is one entry per verified person, one per original subscription chain and one per qualifying signup. Reinstalling, account switching or creating another account gives no additional entry. Multiple genuine people sharing a household are not automatically duplicates. [LAWYER: approve fair duplicate and appeal procedures.] No marketing consent, contact upload or public post is required.

Refunds, cancellation and corrections

Cancelling future renewal alone does not remove an otherwise valid entry. Refunds, chargebacks and revocations before the approved verification cut-off remove the qualifying payment and entry, including partially refunded payments in this draft. Entries are provisional until verified. Do not delay or discourage a refund to protect a chance of winning. Consumer rights, statutory refunds and any promised guarantee remain intact. After sealing/draw, a later refund does not automatically reclaim a paid prize or reduce the advertised pool: refer to the approved rules, regulator and lawyer. No retrospective forfeiture, clawback or pool reduction.

Live pool display

Once approved and enabled, the annual paywall reads a server-owned verified pool snapshot, entry closing time and draw time. The pool-so-far amount is not the final prize: it can change with later qualifying payments or refund corrections before sealing. A last-verified UTC timestamp accompanies it. Missing/stale/unverified snapshots hide the offer; there is no sample or estimated balance. Weekly signups and starting a trial without a qualifying annual payment do not create entries.

Prize calculation, fees and taxes

Proposed single monthly cash prize: 10% of all verified new paid annual signup revenue for that month, including signups outside entry-eligible locations, rounded down once to the nearest cent. Review prototype: AUD only; gross customer payment including tax, before Apple commission, referral share and operating fees; fully or partly refunded signups are excluded before sealing. Example only: 10 eligible AUD 100 payments produce AUD 100, not a forecast. No currency mixing or conversion without an approved rate source and date.

[LAWYER/OWNER: review the owner-confirmed new-paid-annual-signup-only basis (renewals contribute neither revenue nor entries); approve tax basis, refunds cut-off, financial reconciliation, minimum guaranteed prize, maximum total advertised pool, any multi-month aggregation, funding shortfall and permit values BEFORE opening. A sales-dependent pool with no known maximum may need a fixed guaranteed prize instead. No cap is silently added to this 10% proposal.] If there are no eligible entries, no winner can be selected; if the computed prize is zero, this draft cannot proceed. Approve this contingency before opening. Do not cancel an advertised prize simply for low sales.

The organiser would bear ordinary transfer/administration fees without reducing the announced cash prize. [APPROVE payment currency/method and cross-border costs.] Winner tax obligations depend on local law; obtain tax advice. Withholding, if legally required, must be disclosed with records. No fee is required to claim a prize. Odds are one in the number of finally verified entries for a single uniform draw.

Draw and audit

Proposed selection: one randomly chosen provisional winner at month end, after closing and reconciliation, at [EXACT DRAW TIME/LOCATION]. A two-person review seals an ordered, hashed entry list and prize calculation. An approved cryptographic uniform random selection chooses one index; no weighting by spending or referral. Keep input evidence, exclusions, reconciliation, list hash, software version, selection index, timestamp, operator and independent witness in a restricted, append-only audit record. A regulator-required scrutineer or approved electronic draw system takes precedence. No rerolls for a preferred winner. The supplied offline rehearsal is not an approved operational draw system.

Winner checks, notification and payment

Before confirming the winner, verify identity, age, residence, qualifying payment, duplicate history, exclusions and contact ownership using the minimum needed data. [APPROVE accepted evidence, accessible alternative checks and dispute process.] Notify privately at [VERIFIED CHANNEL] within [APPROVED DEADLINE]. Do not publish full identity or health data. Any legally required winner notice/publication must use the minimum fields and duration specified in the final rules.

After checks, pay manually by [APPROVED METHOD] within [APPROVED DEADLINE] and record receipt with a second approver. Never ask for Apple passwords or bank login details. No automatic prize payments are authorised. Record payment evidence securely.

Unclaimed prizes and disputes

Allow [APPROVED CLAIM PERIOD] and reasonable repeated contact attempts. Publish any required unclaimed notice. A redraw or other disposal occurs only at [APPROVED DATE/LOCATION] under local law, permits and final rules, with an independent record and the same verification. Do not treat silence as an immediate forfeiture. Contact support for entry errors or complaints; access to regulators and courts and all non-excludable rights remain available. Changes after opening require legal/regulatory approval and notice and cannot unfairly disadvantage entrants.

Privacy

Before launch publish the eligibility/draw privacy notice, lawful bases, processors, access controls, transfer locations and exact retention/deletion schedule. Use only age/residence eligibility, pseudonymous entry/payment evidence, contact and necessary winner-payment/audit information. Do not use workouts, health records, contacts or private chats to decide winners. Keep identity checks separate from the entry list; request sensitive payment details only from a verified winner through a secure channel. [APPROVE retention periods, winner publication, privacy requests and legal record exemptions.] Current disabled release collects none of this draw data.

Apple

Apple is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not involved in its organisation, selection of winners or prize payment. The organiser is solely responsible for it. Apple purchase administration does not mean Apple has approved this promotion.
