LIFT
Accessibility Statement
Effective: 31 July 2026
LIFT is operated by Wilson Symonds in Australia. We want people with a wide range of abilities to be able to plan, record, and review their workouts.
Our approach
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where those guidelines apply to the LIFT mobile app and website. Accessibility is included in design, development, testing, and future updates.
LIFT is designed to support:
- Apple VoiceOver and Android TalkBack labels for important controls;
- Dynamic Type and readable text scaling where practical;
- sufficiently large touch targets;
- clear colour contrast and information that is not communicated by colour alone;
- reduced-motion preferences for people who are sensitive to animation; and
- visible, audible, and haptic feedback so haptics are not the only confirmation of an action.
Current limitations
LIFT is actively being developed and some parts may not yet work perfectly with every assistive technology, device, text size, or motion setting. Exercise illustrations and complex charts may also provide less detail to a screen-reader user than they provide visually. We are continuing to test and improve these areas.
Feedback and assistance
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using LIFT, or if you need information in another format, email wilsonsymonds111@gmail.com. Please include the screen or feature involved, the device you are using, and the assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. We will review the issue and work toward a practical fix.
This statement will be updated as LIFT's accessibility support changes.
